Beaches Turks & Caicos Village Review

Are you considering a trip to  Beaches Turks & Caicos?  Let’s break down the villages below!

Dive into a one-of-a-kind, unbelievably exciting vacation for the whole family at Beaches, an all-inclusive in Turks & Caicos in Grace Bay. This amazing resort features five villages boasting the architecture and ambiance of Italy, France, the Caribbean, and Key West, a 45,000 square-foot waterpark, 19 specialty restaurants, a 12-mile beach lapped by clear turquoise waters, and 10 impressive pools.

Turks and Caicos

Key West Village

Key West Village Overview: The Key West Village is the newest village at Beaches Turks and Caicos. With great Key West-style theming and large, villa accommodations. It is a quieter section though, you will not find nightly entertainment here. All of the rooms in Key West are butler or concierge-level rooms. While they are desired large family suites, due to its quiet nature, this area is also recommended for those traveling without children.

Key West Village Stand-out Accommodations: The largest unit on the property is located in Key West –  the four-bedroom oceanfront villa with a private plunge pool. These units are the ultimate luxury and book up fast and early on! Most units here have a washer/dryer. You will notice stoves in pictures that you view but they are non working. Another popular room in this category is The Key West One Bedroom Concierge Suite for it's size and price point.

Turks and Caicos

Key West Village Restaurants: Bayside, Neptune’s, and the Sky restaurant for those 12 and up. Breakfasts and lunches include all ages.

Key West Village Features: Has its own concierge lounge, spa, kid club, and departure lounge. There are a few small, quiet pools in this area that also include an adults-only area.

The Key West Village is Best For Large families who want 2, 3, or 4-bedroom villas. Worth noting that many of the villas here have internal stairs should you have anyone in the party with mobility issues or be worried about children and stairs. This part of Beaches is perfect for those that want a quiet area of the resort, but want to be close to the beach.

Beaches Turks & Caicos

Italian Village

Italian Village Overview: The Italian Village is a fan favorite. A central location with a huge pool that has a swim-up bar and a great vibe. While this village is a fan favorite for many, we found the rooms to be dark and the village to be noisy and a bit more hustle and bustle than we prefer in the mornings.

Italian Village Standout Accommodations: Italian Village Concierge Family Suite with Kids Room. These rooms have a separate kids' room with twin bunk beds and a trundle. They can connect to a living room/kitchen space to make a two-bedroom that sleeps 10-12 people. For the ultimate view, book an oceanfront room. One thing to note with most rooms in the Italian Village, the only way out unless you are in a walkout is through the kid's room.

Italian Village Restaurants: Mario’s, Barefoot’s by the Sea, Bombay, and Dino’s Pizza

Italian Village Features: The swim-up pool at the Italian Village is a popular spot to spend a day in paradise. Butler level guests can relax in their cabana and have lunch brought to them here. On Friday evening, a special show takes place over the pool. The Italian Village offers a large concierge lounge, with coffee and treats as well as a large resort shop.

Caribbean Village

Caribbean Village Overview: The Caribbean Village is in a great central location and is where you will find the kids club.

Caribbean Village Standout Accommodations: The Caribbean Deluxe Double or King is the lead in the room category at the resort. This is a great choice for families looking to get on property at a lower price point. Those rooms have everything you need and are right in the middle of the entire resort. Rooms will vary from tropical gardens, pools, and ocean views.

Turks and Caicos

Caribbean Village Restaurants: Reflections, Sopadilla’s, Bella Napoli

Caribbean Village Features: Kids Club, large swim-up bar, large pool with swim up bar and volleyball, adult hot tub, close to Treasure Beach, playground, basketball court, turtles bar and EPIX photo shop and gift shop

The Caribbean Village is Best For: Families who want to be in the heart of the action but at a possibly lower price than the Italian Village and prefer a short walk to quieter pool.

Turks and Caicos

Seaside Village

Seaside Village Overview: Seaside Village consists of the one and two-story villas that are closest to the beach in the Caribbean Village area. These rooms have been recently renovated and have a more modern décor than Italian, Caribbean, or French Village.

Seaside Village Standout Accommodations: The Seaside one-bedroom concierge villa is usually the best-priced one-bedroom unit on the property.  This is a great choice for families that want to book into a concierge-level room and is a very popular choice. However, you do have to walk through the bedroom to enter the bathroom which has an open tub concept. The closest room to the beach is the Seaside one-bedroom concierge villa suite, which offers great space and is steps from the beach. I also love the Seaside two-bedroom butler villa. It is like a small home with a full living room and dining room with 3 bathrooms.

Beaches Turks & Caicos

Seaside Village Restaurants: Arizona’s, Schooners, and the Jerk Shack

Seaside Village Features: Close to the beach with oceanfront, ocean view, pool, and garden view rooms. Dive shop and Water Sports.

Seaside Village is Best For: Families who want more space than a standard hotel room and want to be close to the beach.

Turks and Caicos

French Village

French Village Overview: The French Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos is located back behind the Pirate’s Island Waterpark and almost feels like a second resort space. The pool is a great for it's size and several cabana options.

French Village Stand-out Accommodations: The French Village Deluxe Double/King is a value room but the rooms here only have Juliet balconies (unlike the Caribbean Village lead-in rooms that do have patios or balconies). A three-bedroom French Village Concierge Suite has three connecting rooms and can sleep up to 14 guests.

French Village Restaurants: Chateau, Café de Paris, Bobby Dee’s, Giuseppe’s, Kimono’s and Soy, food trucks – Mac & Cheese (Mac Daddy’s) and Curls & Swirls (ice cream and shakes)

French Village Features: Close to the waterpark, large pool, large lawn for running around and yard game areas

The French Village is Best For: Families who want to be more off the beaten path and families with younger children for quick access to the water park and splash pad. Rooms in the French Village are priced for families looking to take a great vacation but not spend a lot on accommodations.
